- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Cannot do basic alterations and will hand clothing back without saying she has had trouble doing the job paid for. When she finally admits the quality is not right, she justifies it saying that it is hit and miss and sometimes things dont work!? It was a hem! Surely the customer should be told if Tracy is not sure she can do the job, so they can make the decision whether or not to risk having their clothing possible made totally unwearable (shorter than requested, uneven hem that goes up on one side and has ripples so it doesnt sit flat, holes in fabric where she made a mistake).
